I'm very glad that we chose Airport Express for our trip from the Jacksonville Airport to St. Augustine. Our JetBlue flight kept getting postponed. It was supposed to leave Boston at 10:11 am and finally left Logan at 2:45 pm. Through each delay, Wayne called to assure me that he'd have a driver waiting for us. What a relief to know that he was watching out for us and keeping track of the flight delays! Our driver, Joe, was just as nice and reassuring. Airport Express got us through a very long and stressful day!

This company is amazing. The owner called at every step to make sure all travel plans were taken care of. I was delayed by a day coming back from my trip and they went out of their way to make sure I got picked up at midnight when I landed. Both drivers going there and back were fantastic and got me there fast! I will be recommending AirPort Express to all my friends and family.
